We are excited to announce Braeden Elmer as the new Junior Varsity Head Coach for Westhill Boys Lacrosse!
A Westhill graduate (Class of 2017), Coach Elmer brings championship experience and a deep connection to the program. He played collegiate lacrosse at Onondaga Community College, where he won two national championships (2018, 2019), before transferring to Le Moyne College, where he added another National Championship in 2021.
After earning his undergraduate degree, he continued his education at Le Moyne College, completing his Master’s degree in 2023 while serving as a Graduate Assistant Lacrosse Coach for the Dolphins. His coaching experience also includes working with Blue Wave Lacrosse during the summer, focusing on developing players at the JV level.
Now stepping in as Westhill’s JV Head Coach, Coach Elmer is eager to bring his passion for the game and dedication to player development to the program.
Off the field, he is a teacher in the Syracuse City School District.
Please join us in welcoming Coach Elmer to his new role! We look forward to an exciting season under his leadership.
